Successes and Failures in Telehealth event turns 25

The Successes and Failures in Telehealth conference will mark its 25th anniversary when SFT-26 is held in Brisbane on 5-6 November.

The conference will feature more than 75 presentations covering telehealth and virtual care, bringing together researchers, clinicians, health services, government, consumers and industry.

Keynote speakers include Private Healthcare Australia CEO Dr Rachel David, doctor, lawyer and disability advocate Dr Dinesh Palipana and Professor of Biomedical Informatics Adam Dunn.

SFT held its first conference in 2001, with this year’s event looking at what has worked in telehealth over the past 25 years, what has not and where virtual care is heading next.

Organisers say more than 100 delegates have already registered, with early-bird registrations available until 21 September. More information and the SFT-26 program are available from the conference website.
