Imprivata partners with Halodata across Southeast Asia

Healthcare access management company Imprivata has partnered with Singapore-based distributor Halodata to expand its offerings across Southeast Asia.

Under the agreement, Halodata will provide regional channel expertise, technical support and enablement for healthcare organisations and partners adopting Imprivata’s access management technology.

Imprivata provides technology designed to give clinicians access to electronic medical records, clinical applications and devices while managing authentication and security requirements.

Senior vice president of international sales Adam Bangle said the partnership represented a further investment in the company’s Southeast Asian operations.

“Clinicians need to move between shared workstations, mobile devices, EMR systems and clinical applications without unnecessary delays,” Mr Bangle said.

“Our partnership with Halodata represents a continued investment in our Southeast Asia operations and will help more healthcare organisations make every second of clinical work both frictionless and secure.”

Imprivata said it currently works with more than 80 healthcare delivery organisations in Australia, supporting more than 330,000 users.

Halodata CEO Resham Ganglani said the partnership would combine Imprivata’s healthcare experience with Halodata’s regional channel capabilities.

“Healthcare providers need security that works with clinical workflows, not against them,” Mr Ganglani said.

“By combining that expertise with Halodata’s regional channel capabilities, we can help healthcare organisations improve access to critical systems while maintaining strong security.”
