In a powerful demonstration of community-driven grassroots development, young parents and youth leadership of Malasang 2 in the Tsitalato Constituency of AROB successfully completed a vital fencing project for Sipunkakil Elementary School, establishing a safe and healthy environment for its youngest learners. The school is one of the oldest elementary learning institutions in the Buka District of North Bougainville founded by the Late Hillary Laris who served as the Member for Tsitalato in the first Bougainville House of Representatives (BHOR).
