PNG Fashion Week has officially launched the GENESIS Student Design Competition 2026, a nationwide initiative designed to identify, nurture and showcase the next generation of Papua New Guinea’s creative talent.
Open to students from primary schools, secondary schools, vocational centres, colleges and universities, the competition provides a unique opportunity for young people to express their ideas, culture and vision for the future through fashion design.
