Police Commissioner David Manning has announced an immediate leadership shake-up within the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary (RPNGC), appointing Chief Inspector Daniel Yangen as the new Enga Provincial Police Commander (PPC).
Chief Inspector Yangen, who previously served as the Wabag Police Station Commander and acted as Enga PPC during recent weeks, takes over the role immediately.
