PM Luxon and Peters committed NZ to hosting Pacific Islands Forum without Cabinet approval, Treasury says

The New Zealand prime minister and his foreign minister did not consult Cabinet before making a commitment to host the Pacific Islands Forum in 2027, according to the Treasury.
