Bougainville youth leader and President of the AROB IBS University Student body, Wency Bikinasi has issued a strong appeal for strict law enforcement and clear communication as discussions around the redevelopment of the historic Panguna mine continue.
Mr Bikinasi is a fourth year student completing an Associates Degree in Business & Management; and hails from Parakake Village, Upper Pineenari in the Panguna District of Ioro Constituency.
