National Capital District (NCD) Metropolitan Superintendent Warrick Simatab was on the ground at the National Football Stadium yesterday afternoon, personally overseeing crowd control and traffic management following the Digicel Cup grand final between the Agmark Rabaul Gurias and Mendi Muruks.
Supt. Simatab stood at the main entrance as thousands of spectators exited the venue, directing traffic and ensuring officers maintained strict control of movement around the precinct. He also engaged directly with members of the public, answering queries as the crowd dispersed.
