Lakapi Samoa CEO warns World Rugby sanctions could end Manu Samoa

There will be “no more Manu Samoa” if the government does not accept a proposed World Rugby review of Lakapi Samoa (Samoa Rugby Union) and the country is subsequently sanctioned.
