‘I’m going to have your job b……’ – the messages which ended a tenancy

A Kāinga Ora tenant blamed alcohol and frustration for a string of abusive late-night texts targeting housing staff. After previous warnings failed to stop the behaviour, the Tenancy Tribunal has now terminated his tenancy.
