General Practitioner – Waipapa Taumata Rau | The University of Auckland

We are currently seeking an experienced General Practitioners to join our supportive and collaborative team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary health care to a diverse student population. Working within a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, counsellors, and psychologists, you will support students’ physical and mental wellbeing, helping them navigate the unique challenges of university life. Your work will make a meaningful difference to students at a pivotal stage of their lives. Please note that we offer 20 minute appointments to our patients. He kōrero mōu | About you

You are a compassionate and experienced clinician who enjoys working with young adults and supporting diverse communities. You bring strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills, and a calm, professional approach to patient care. You will bring:

• Registration as a medical practitioner in New Zealand with a current NZMC Practising Certificate and indemnity insurance
• Fellowship of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.
• At least two years’ experience in General Practice, ideally including primary or emergency care
