Several Australian aged care and community services organisations have adopted TechnologyOne’s AI co-worker tool Plus – including Southern Cross Care, AnglicareSA and Lutheran Services.
Southern Cross Care is deploying Plus to provide staff with access to information across its aged care operations, while Lutheran Services is using the technology alongside other AI and automation tools.
AnglicareSA has also adopted Plus, while PCYC Queensland has added it to its existing suite of TechnologyOne products.
Plus is an agentic AI-powered digital coworker embedded in TechnologyOne’s enterprise resource planning platform. It allows employees to interact with business data using natural language rather than relying on traditional reports and dashboards.
TechnologyOne executive vice president for regulated industries Cale Bennett said organisations were increasingly looking for practical uses of AI within their existing business systems.
“Customers want AI that delivers measurable value while meeting the governance, security and compliance standards their organisations require,” Mr Bennett said.
“Organisations need AI that is secure, practical and embedded directly into the systems their people use every day.”
He said Plus could prompt workflows, generate insights and complete tasks through voice interactions.
“As regulatory complexity increases and workforces face growing demands, customers are looking to improve productivity without increasing complexity,” he said.
TechnologyOne announced Plus in October 2025, with the product becoming available to customers in March this year.
