Nearly seven months after the Mulitaka Resettlement Authority (MRA) board was sworn in and almost two years since disaster response efforts began, frustration is mounting over what the Authority describes as prolonged delays in the transfer of critical financial and operational responsibilities needed to begin permanent resettlement for victims of the devastating Mulitaka landslide.
