For a country that seems determined to store all its data onshore and ignore the acknowledged experts in Cloud storage like Meta, Google and Amazon. Most countries in the world use them, but not PNG? Meanwhile most of the government operates on GMail? Most provinces have no recognised domain names and all their officers to flaunt national security by using independent servers. Surely that cannot be acceptable? Isn’t that what the Department of ICT is for? What are they doing to enforce the use of “gov.pg” in all departments. Of course, those behaving improperly love the freedom gmail gives them. The audit trail through gmail would be impenetrable. Just the way the crooks like it!
