Talius expands Adventist partnership with $1.15m NSW deal

Aged care technology company Talius Group has secured a $1.15 million contract with Seventh-day Adventist Aged Care (North New South Wales) to deploy its nurse call and sleep monitoring systems across two retirement villages.

The three-year master services agreement marks Talius’ second deal with the Adventist aged care and retirement network, following an agreement with Adventist Retirement Plus Queensland earlier this year. The initial rollout will cover the Avondale and Alstonville retirement villages, with hardware installation expected to be completed by September.

Seventh-day Adventist Aged Care (North New South Wales) operates six retirement villages and three residential aged care facilities across northern NSW, providing 163 residential aged care beds as well as independent living and home care services.

Talius said the contract includes $838,884 in hardware revenue and approximately $308,000 in recurring platform revenue over the three-year term. The master services agreement also allows additional retirement villages within the provider’s portfolio to be added through future statements of work without requiring a new procurement process.

MSA-led model

Talius Managing Director and CEO Pat Howard said, “Signing a Master Services Agreement with ASL in Northern NSW within approximately 10 weeks of the Adventist Retirement Plus (Qld) engagement demonstrates the velocity advantage of our MSA-led commercial model. Each new MSA lands with lower friction than a standalone procurement cycle would allow, and the initial Statement of Work across Avondale and Alstonville is our largest single aged care contract this year. We look forward to completing both projects by September 2026 and continuing to deepen our relationship across the broader Adventist network.”

The company is in discussions with additional Adventist regional entities about further deployments.
