President of the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, Ishmael Toroama, today led a Bougainville delegation to East New Britain Province for discussions with the National Government Technical Team on the Melanesian Framework.
Upon arrival at Tokua Airport, President Toroama and the Bougainville delegation were warmly received by East New Britain Governor, Michael Marum.
