Argentina to block 13k people from World Cup due to unpaid child support

With the World Cup Round 2 of the Group Stages on the way, Argentina has dominated the World Cup headlines again, but this time with an unusual request to the United States Government.

The Argentine government has reportedly handed U.S. authorities a list of around 13,000 supporters it would rather not see in the stands. But this isn’t a crackdown on rival fans or dodgy chants. Many on the list are people with unpaid child support debts, alongside individuals with criminal records
