Prime Minister James Marape has commended Hela Governor Philip Undialu for his leadership in advancing the Province’s Gun Surrender and Amnesty Program, describing the removal of hundreds of Illegal Firearms as a significant contribution to community safety and national security.
According to the latest Provincial Program Update, more than 300 Factory-Made Firearms and over 1,500 Homemade Guns have been returned since the Initiative began.
