PNG Power Limited has announced the resignation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Paul Bayly, effective immediately, with the company’s board appointing interim leadership while a permanent successor is sought.
In Internal Circular No. 0028 issued yesterday (Tuesday 20th, 2026) by Chairman Malcolm Lewis, the PNG Power Board confirmed it had accepted Mr Bayly’s resignation through Circular Resolution No. 8 of 2026.
