Bay of Plenty survive late red card to stun Hawke’s Bay

A red card to centre Tamiro Armstrong wasn’t enough to sour the party for Bay of Plenty after they secured an upset 32-17 victory over log leaders Hawke’s Bay in their NPC clash.
