Maneke calls on parents to prioritise education

Minister for Oil Palm and Member for Nakanai district, Francis Galia Maneke, has reaffirmed his commitment to improving education in the district, urging parents and communities to invest in their children’s future through quality education.

Speaking during a reception hosted by the Mataururu community, parents, and the school board, Minister Maneke thanked the people for their warm welcome and acknowledged the presence of district leaders and officials, including Nakanai District Administrator and CEO Jeffrey Osa, his First Secretary at the Ministry of Oil Palm James Laulai, East Nakanai LLG Education Officer Peter Noah, Nakanai District Youth Representative Percy Bashia, community leaders, and Rev. John Taukera.
