The Higlands Settlers and Farmers Association has acknowledges the contributions of Fabian Chow to the horticulture industry and the agriculture sector as a whole.
President Wilson Thompson said Mr Chow had contributed greatly to the sector through his capacity as chair of the Fresh Produce Development Agency.
