The opening of the new access road and two bridges linking Kido and Rearea villages into Port Moresby is not simply opening a road and two bridges, says Deputy Prime Minister John Rosso.
DPM Rosso said that “We are opening a pathway into a different future for Papua New Guinea. The Pacific Lime and Cement Project for this road are not just about the road. It’s about the whole downstream processing facility. It’s about hope for people.
